6101 a 2010 Chevrolet Suburban. 6101 is our Fire Chief's take home vehicle, to allow for a swift response to emergencies.
6102 is a 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche. 6102 is our Assistant Fire Chief's take home vehicle, with the same concept as 6101.
Engine 6111 is a 2001 KME Pumper. It holds 1,000 gallons of water. 6111 is our primary response vehicle for utility problems and mutual aid calls to our neighboring territories.
Engine 6113 is a 2009 American LaFrance Pumper Tanker. It holds 2800 gallons of water. 6113 is our primary response vehicle for structure fires and other high-volume fire calls.
Truck 6121 is a 1994 Spartan Diamond quint unit. It holds 250 gallons of water. 6121 is our primary response vehicle for structure with a 2nd floor and responds second to vehicle accidents and other fire-related calls.
Rescue 6131 is a 2013 Ford F-550 Chassis with a Warner box. It serves as our primary response vehicle for motor vehicle accidents and medical calls. 6131 carries rope and water rescue equipment, as well as other specialty equipment.
Tanker 6142 was built on a 2025 Peterbuilt chassis, with the tank being made by Osco. It holds 3,000 gallons of water. 6142 responds to calls in areas where there are no fire hydrants, as well as mutual aid calls.
Brush 6171 is a 2017 Ford F-250. It holds 200 gallons of water. 6171 is our primary response vehicle for brush fires and hauls 6172 by trailer.
Brush 6172 is a ---- Argo 8x8. It tows a trailer that holds a --- gallon tank. This vehicle is used to reach areas that 6171 cannot reach.
Utility 6173 is a 2022 Can-Am Defender. It has a skid unit made by ______, which has a --- gallon pump, as well as backboard storage for medical calls on our bike trails in the area.
PAST FLEET
Engine 4 was a 1965 Mack B95F Pumper. It held 300 gallons of water. This rig served during the duration of the Black Oak Volunteer Fire Department.
Engine 5 was a 1969 Mack CF Pumper. It held 500 gallons of water. This rig also served during the times of BOVFD.
